4.2 Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before responding to your request. The verification process will require you to provide:

You may submit requests to know twice in a 12-month period. We may deny certain requests if:

We will typically not charge a fee for processing your requests. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request if it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

6. Additional Information for California Residents

6.1 Shine the Light Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light" law), California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at info@bestremodel.com.

6.2 Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Currently, there is no industry consensus on how to respond to these signals. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we will update this notice if industry standards develop.

6.3 Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
